What time can I get access to the venue on the day of my event?

This can vary – please get in touch with us.

What time would my party have to finish?

We ask for carriages at 12am, with the option of extending the licence to 1am at an additional cost.

Do you have parking?

We don’t have parking here at the pub but there is ample on street parking around the venue, payable via the RingGo App.

Can we decorate the pub?

Absolutely – though we are very pretty to begin with. We allow table decorations, balloons and some wall decorations so long as they leave no lasting damage! Let us know if you would like recommendations.

How do we get booked-in?

You can get pencilled-in straight away. Once you’re ready to confirm we’ll ask for a deposit payment.

Can we bring our own food & drink?

No, however our Head Chef would love to work with you to create the ideal food package or menu for your party/event. Full menu choices, plus special dietary requirements are agreed at least 10 days in advance, so you’ve plenty of time.

We do offer corkage in some circumstances, please talk to a member of the team for more info.

Can we hire a DJ or a band?

Yes! We’re more than happy to accommodate all types of entertainment during your party! Please just notify our events planner so we can pass on all the technical details.

As a wedding photographer, I absolutely loved this place! It’s a beautiful venue, all the dishes were served on time, and the staff were incredibly attentive. I highly recommend it!

We held our engagement party here over the weekend and had an amazing time. The lady who looked after us was outstanding, so friendly and she truly went above and beyond to make the night special. Highly recommend!!

We were a group of 18 friends and reserved the Wolsey Room at the Duke’s Head in Putney for dinner together, which was perfect for a private evening by the river. The evening went smoothly, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the room, with its wall of windows and lovely views, was a beautiful setting for our gathering. Our waitress was absolutely excellent; she was very attentive and made everything feel easy, which really added to the night. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tasty, well-prepared food, and everyone was very happy with their dishes. The French wines we chose, both white and red, were delicious and went perfectly with the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic evening and a very recommendable experience for any group looking for a special place in Putney.
