Frequently Asked Questions
For Christmas Day Bookings we require a deposit payment of the full menu price per person in advance.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 28 days before your booking date. If you would like to pay by BACs payments this must be completed 10 working days before the event. Your deposit payment will be deducted from your final bill and where applicable will be put towards your minimum spend requirement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by cheque.
Amendments to guest menu choices may only be made up to 10 working days before your booking date, preferably earlier. If you require any menus without calorie information, please request from the pub team.
Yes, we’ll be open on Christmas Day! If you’re planning on joining us for lunch, we require a pre-order in advance, but you are welcome to walk in and join us for drinks.
Yes, our Wolsey Room and Rowing Club are perfect for partying the night away this Christmas. Both are spacious, with a capacity of 70 in the Wolsey Room and 120 in the Rowing Club, which also has its own bar.
